YALLA !
Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the “YALLA !” mobile application (the “App”), published by YALLA YALLA SARL, a company incorporated under Bulgarian law, registered with the Bulgarian Commercial Register under UIC 206615386, with its registered office at Sofia (1164), Lozenets district, Plachkovitsa street n°1, section A, Bulgaria (“YALLA”).

The App allows its users (the “Users”) to book sports or wellness classes and activities with partner venues (the “Partners”) located in Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria, using a points wallet or a direct cash payment to the Partner.

Any use of the App implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not accept these Terms, they must not use the App.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms define the terms and conditions under which YALLA makes the App available to Users, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.

Article 2 — Description of the service

2.1. YALLA provides a platform connecting Users with Partners (gyms, studios, spas and other establishments offering sports or wellness activities) and enabling them to book slots with these Partners.

2.2. YALLA acts as a technical intermediary between Users and Partners. YALLA is not itself a provider of the sports or wellness activities offered: these are provided exclusively by the Partners, under their sole responsibility.

2.3. Each Partner remains solely responsible for the quality, safety and regulatory compliance of its services, facilities and equipment, as well as for the insurance related to its activity, in accordance with the commitments made by each Partner under its partnership agreement with YALLA.

Article 3 — Access to the service and account creation

3.1. Access to the App requires creating a User account, providing in particular a name, an email address and/or a phone number, and a password.

3.2. The App is restricted to persons aged 16 or older. Any minor under 16 may not create an account without the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3.3. The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information, and to keep their login credentials confidential. Any use of the account with these credentials is deemed to have been carried out by the User.

Article 4 — The points wallet

4.1. Users can purchase points packs directly from the App, paid online via YALLA's payment provider (Stripe), in the currency of the relevant country. When the purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play Store, it may also be subject to those platforms' own terms.

4.2. Purchased points are credited to the User's wallet and can be used to book activities offered by Partners, with each activity valued in points according to a scale set by YALLA.

4.3. The Discovery Pack is only available once per User. Points are neither transferable to another User nor convertible into cash, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4.4. Except in the case of an error or anomaly, purchased points are non-refundable, except for points re-credited following a booking cancellation in accordance with Article 5, or a cancellation initiated by the Partner.

Article 5 — Booking, cancellation and no-shows

5.1. Any booking made through the App may be paid either with points deducted from the User's wallet, or by a cash payment made directly to the Partner at the time of the session, depending on the option chosen by the User when booking.

5.2. Cancellation by the User. Except during the launch period referred to in article 5.3, the User may cancel their booking up to twenty-four (24) hours before the reserved slot, in which case the points are re-credited to their account. After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the points allocated to the booking are considered consumed.

5.3. Launch period. During a three (3) month launch period from the App's release, any cancellation made by the User within twelve (12) hours before the slot entitles them to a refund of 50% of the points allocated to the booking.

5.4. Cancellation by the Partner. If a slot is cancelled by the Partner, YALLA re-credits the affected User with the full amount of points allocated to the cancelled booking.

5.5. Booking disputes. Any disagreement relating to a booking (slot not honoured, disputed attendance) is handled by YALLA in good faith, based on the booking data recorded by the App.

5.6. When the User chooses to pay for an activity directly to the Partner in cash, this payment takes place outside the App, directly between the User and the Partner; YALLA is not involved in any way in this payment and bears no responsibility for it whatsoever.

Article 6 — User obligations

The User undertakes to:

  • use the App in accordance with its purpose and these Terms;
  • show up for booked slots or cancel them within the timeframes set out in Article 5;
  • comply with the internal rules and safety instructions of each Partner visited;
  • not transfer, resell or share their account or points with a third party;
  • not use the App for fraudulent purposes or purposes other than its intended use.

Article 7 — Community impact and YALLA Events

7.1. YALLA may, on its own initiative and at its own expense, develop charitable and community actions (in particular a partial donation of its revenue to local associations), without this creating any financial obligation for the User.

7.2. YALLA may also organize community events (“YALLA Events”) open to Users, the specific terms of which (location, possible fee, participation conditions) are communicated specifically for each event.

Article 8 — Intellectual property

8.1. The App, its structure, content, trademarks, logos and graphic elements are the exclusive property of YALLA or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2. Nothing in these Terms grants the User any intellectual property right whatsoever over the App; only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use is granted to the User for the duration of their use of the App.

Article 9 — Personal data

The processing of Users' personal data is described in YALLA's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Account deletion procedures are described on the dedicated page.

Article 10 — Suspension and termination

10.1. YALLA may suspend or terminate, temporarily or permanently, a User's access to the App, without notice, in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, in particular repeated unjustified absences, inappropriate behaviour towards a Partner, or fraudulent use of the App.

10.2. The User may, at any time, request the deletion of their account according to the procedure described in Article 9.

10.3. Account termination, regardless of the cause, does not entitle the User to any refund of unused points, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Article 11 — Liability

11.1. YALLA implements reasonable means to ensure the proper functioning of the App, without guaranteeing continuous or error-free availability.

11.2. YALLA cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the performance of activities offered by Partners, who remain solely responsible for the quality and safety of their services, in accordance with Article 2.3.

11.3. YALLA cannot be held liable in the event of App unavailability due to force majeure, maintenance operations, or a telecommunications network malfunction beyond its control.

Article 12 — Complaints

Any complaint relating to the use of the App may be sent to contact@yalla.ltd. YALLA will make every effort to respond within a reasonable time.

Article 13 — Governing law and disputes

13.1. These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the User's country of residence (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria), which shall prevail where applicable.

13.2. In the event of a dispute, the Parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts, in accordance with the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers in their country of residence.

Article 14 — Amendments to the Terms

YALLA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, in particular to adapt them to changes in the App or in applicable regulations. Users will be informed of any substantial amendment via the App. Continued use of the App after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 15 — Contact

For any question relating to these Terms, YALLA can be contacted at the following address: contact@yalla.ltd.
